| I spent a total of 5.5 hours on the phone 3
different days trying to get our "transactions" to work.
Although the agents were nice, it seemed that they really didn't
know what they were doing. They kept telling me that they were going to escalate my problem to a higher tech group but never did. I was promised call backs...NEVER HAPPENED. I was promised a call back from a "supervisor"...NEVER HAPPENE by the way, I have been a client for over 15 years and paid them alot of fees. I guess they just don't care.
